Can I have my vehicle dropped off at a different place than it was picked up?

Yes.  As long as either location is within our approved radius.

 

How do I know my car will be safe with the AutoThink driver?

All drivers are required to have a safe driving record, pass both state and federal background checks, and must successfully complete an in-house driving test.  Photos of your vehicle will be taken when picked up and when dropped off to ensure your vehicle is returned just as it was handed over.

 

What if I end up needing additional work on my vehicle than what was expected?

Your service advisor will be in touch with you to discuss the status of your vehicle while it’s at the Red McCombs Service department.  They will also communicate with your AutoThink driver if any adjustments need to be made to original drop off times.

 

What if I change my mind or need to cancel my Concierge Service appointment?

As long as you cancel or reschedule within 24-hours, you will not be charged for the service.  Any cancellations made in with less than 24-hour’s notice, or no shows, for Concierge Appointments will be charged the full amount as driver’s schedules are made in advance.
