At McCombs Ford West, we are driven to offer our customers a higher level of experience and convenience. That’s why our service department offers a vehicle drop-off and pick-up Service. With the busy lives we lead today, spending time waiting at the dealership for our vehicles to be serviced, is often just not an option. With the Pick-Up and Delivery Service, our team will pick up your vehicle from your home or office, and deliver it back to you when the services have been complete for only $35 $31! Whether you are in need of basic maintenance like an oil change and tire rotation, or something a little more unexpected, we take the stress and hassle out of getting your vehicle fixed up and back in your hands.

Now through June 30th, we are discounting our regular price to $31.00 to help make it more affordable for the community to use during their time at home.

There are several ways to register for the Pick-Up and Delivery Service. After scheduling your vehicle’s service online, you can then fill out the form below for pick-up and drop-off (your information, preferred pick-up/drop-off dates and times, as well as any additional notes). Our service team will then reach out and confirm the available dates and times for your vehicle’s appointment and Concierge Service arrangements. You can also register for the Pick-Up and Delivery Service by alerting your McCombs Ford West agent when booking your appointment over the phone.

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24-hour in advance. A MFW service agent will be in contact with you at the cell number provided to schedule your pick up and drop off; we will do our best to accommodate your preferred time.
